COVID-19 Update

Dear Valued Customers and Partners,

We would like to provide you with an update on our response to the COVID-19 outbreak.  EDRO is closely monitoring the status of the outbreak and any potential adverse impacts on our supply chain and manufacturing continuity.

As the number of cases continues to escalate internationally and domestically, EDRO is taking additional preventive measures such as site entry restrictions, facial coverings, regular sanitizing, work-from-home options, and staggered staffing schedules to stop the potential spread of the disease within our locations. In addition, we have implemented a travel ban in accordance with government recommendations.

The health and safety of our employees is paramount and we are complying with all requirements and best practices associated with our warehouses and offices in order to continue our operations.

EDRO’s service centers in North America and Europe are fully operational and we will notify our customers if otherwise.   Please be advised that future government restrictions and/or limited availability of transportation may cause some delays in the supply chain.

EDRO is communicating regularly with our supply chain partners, and we will keep our valued customers informed of any changes that may impact delivery of products and services.
